How it works
Whether you're focused on optimizing Heart Health, Metabolic Health, or seeking a comprehensive evaluation of your overall Health & Wellness, our assessments provide the clarity you need to understand where you are today and take control of your future.
Step 1
Your assessment begins with scheduleing your 1-hour telemedicine appointment with a licensed and board certified physician expereinced with practicing Lifestyle and Integrative Medicine. This is much more than a regular medical check-up—it's an in-depth health and wellness audit designed to uncover the full picture of your current health and conditions.
Once your initial appointment is scheduled, you will set up your personal patient portal and complete a comprehensive set of intake questionnaires.
Step 2
Your doctor will order your labs through Quest Diagnostics. You can click here to find a local Quest Patient Service Center near you and schedule an appointment for your draw. When you go for your labs Quest will have your order ready for processing.

Step 3
Once your lab results are complete, which could take 2 to 4 weeks, you will have a follow-up 30-minute appointment with your doctor to go over your lab results and discuss your lifestyle plan for achieving and maintaining optimal health, wellness, and the prevention of chronic disease.
