While there is much discussed and advertised about the various ‘pillars’ of lifestyle medicine, it can be a challenge to delve into each pillar in a single medical visit. In this program, you’ll get a total of 9 program hours but effectively 18 direct physician hours in this program with 2 physicians each week.

It’s easy to gloss over the pillars in a brief medical visit with catchy phrases such as ‘get more sleep’ and ‘eat better’ but what does this really mean? How can one begin to apply and implement such instruction? We’ll show you how. The intention is for the sessions to be informative, interactive and actionable.
Please join Love.Life Telehealth’s Love your Life 6 Pillars program to discover how you can learn to Love your Life, even more than you do now.
