We're so happy you're ready to get started today. There are two options for scheduling your health assessment.
Option 1 – By Phone
Call us at (888) 420-7284 and we will be happy to take care of everything with you.
Option 2 – Schedule Yourself
Scheduling yourself is easy, you just have to follow these simpe steps.
- Choose your doctor – See the available doctors below, and choose a doctor who is licensed to see patients in your state.
- Select your assessment type – Click the Schedule Appointment button, and choose Heart Health, Metabolic, or Health & Wellness from the list of available appointment types.
- Schedule your initial 1-hour appointment – Use the scheduler to select an available time that is convenient for you.
